Who am I?

Hi! My name is Karolina! Welcome to my site :)

​

I have been practising Yoga and mindfulness since 2013.

 

Here are some key points about my background:

​

My journey as a yoga and meditation teacher and a massage therapist started in 2016. I underwent trainings in India, the UK, Spain, Colombia and France.

​

In 2019, I taught yoga and meditation to children in Nepal and Vietnam.

​

I have experience as a teen yoga teacher at boarding schools, including Cats London Boarding School between 2017-18 and CSVPA in Cambridge in 2023.

I worked as an Ashtanga and Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher at a local gym in Cambridge in 2022 and as a resident yoga teacher at an Ayurvedic hotel in Germany in March 2022.

I completed a yoga internship and a Spanish course for yoga teachers in Colombia in November 2022.

In 2025, I have attended a yin yoga teaching course focused on alignment and relaxation techniques in Arhanta ashram in the Netherlands.

​

I am a practising massage therapist, qualified in multiple massage types and continually attending new trainings.

​

In 2022, I began a life-changing academic journey that brought together years of practice and research, completing the puzzle of my professional path. I now hold an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Approaches (2025) and wrote an autoethnographic thesis documenting my journey of creating a programme of yoga and mindfulness workshops grounded in the foundational attitudes of mindfulness.

Since then, I’ve delivered two series of these original workshops, integrating theory, embodiment, and lived experience.

Be it massage, yoga class or mindfulness session, I will be very happy to share my practice and experience with you!
